Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MC Server Manager ("the App"), the website at mcservermanager.com, and all related online services (together, "the Service") provided by Natchland ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using any paid feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid, accessible email address.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password.
One account per person.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits and Balance Policy

Credits are virtual currency used within the Service. They have no monetary value outside the platform.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Credits are non-refundable once deducted for usage of a paid feature.
Auto top-up charges are non-refundable once processed.
Refunds of unused balance are at our discretion and may be declined after 30 days from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Relay Pro Subscription

Relay Pro is billed monthly from your account balance at the rate displayed in the App at the time of activation.
Your subscription continues automatically until your balance is insufficient to cover the next billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time by stopping the subscription in the App or simply not topping up your balance — no further charges will occur.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime for relay infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Unplanned outages may be credited at our discretion.
Game traffic passing through relay nodes is not logged or inspected beyond what is required to route it correctly.

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes are single-use and tied to a specific App installation.
Codes expire on the date stated. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
Credits or service granted by promo codes are subject to the same Credits and Balance Policy in section 3.
Abuse of promo codes — for example, generating codes from multiple installations to accumulate credits — may result in account suspension and forfeit of any unused credits.

6. Licence Keys (Standard Edition)

Licence keys are non-transferable.
Each key may be activated on up to 3 machines simultaneously. Contact support to remove an activation if you change devices.
We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these Terms.
Keys do not expire but are tied to the version family purchased. Free updates within that version family are included.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

Host servers that violate Minecraft's End User Licence Agreement.
Route illegal content through relay nodes.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or otherwise abuse relay infrastructure.
Circumvent billing systems, exploit free trial features, or attempt to access another user's account.
Share account credentials with others.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for credits that have already been consumed by services is considered a breach of these Terms.
A chargeback will result in immediate suspension of paid features and zeroing of your account balance.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of service delivery — including usage logs, billing records, and audit history.
Legitimate disputes (outages, billing errors) should be raised with us directly first via [email protected]. We will resolve them fairly and promptly.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We will not suspend accounts without reviewing the situation first, except in cases of active abuse or chargeback.
You may request account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Your account and associated data will be removed within 30 days.
Balance remaining at the time of voluntary account deletion may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA.
Planned maintenance will be announced in our Discord community where possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App and the Service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We are not responsible for data loss from Minecraft server files, worlds, or backups managed by the App. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of paid features after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
