Do I get anything for it?
There aren't any perks, badges or extra features for donating. If you'd rather get something for your money, Standard is £1.99 once and Plus covers the relay and storage.
How do I cancel a monthly donation?
On your account page, under Billing and keys, there's a Cancel button next to it. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for. If you can't get to it, email [email protected] and I'll cancel it.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, a thank-you email with the amount and date goes to the email you give at checkout. Keep it as your receipt.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong, the wrong amount or a monthly one you didn't mean to set up, email [email protected] and I'll sort it.
